Conference Venue and Lodging

ACE/NETC Ver 2.011 will be held at the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center. The hotel offers an on-site conference center and resort amenities including an 18-hole championship golf course, a full service spa, five on-site restaurants, three tennis courts, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and walking trails.

The Inverness Hotel is located in Englewood, about 20 minutes from downtown Denver. The hotel is only six blocks from a light rail station providing easy access to downtown Denver. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the light rail. Shuttle service to nearby restaurants and shopping areas within a five-mile radius is also provided.

Note: The confirmation email you receive from the Inverness will indicate that an additional daily facilities services fee will be applied. This fee has been waived for our group and will not be charged to you.

As of April 30, 2011, the hotel is completely sold out on Thursday, June 9 and Monday, June 13 and nearly sold out for all other nights of the conference. Overflow lodging options within the area include:



Transportation

The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is located just 15 miles south of downtown Denver and 30 miles from Denver International Airport.

There are several transportation options from Denver International Airport. Individuals traveling alone might find the Super Shuttle to be the most economical. The Super Shuttle fare to The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center is $23 (one way, making multiple stops). Same-day reservations can be made at the Ground Transportation desk in the airport terminal or by calling Super Shuttle at (303) 370-1300

ACE/NETC Shuttle Service

We have made arrangements for shuttle service to and from the two overflow hotels on June 10-13. The shuttle will run a continuous loop during the hours listed below.

The first shuttle stop on June 10 and the mornings of June 11, 12 and 13 will be Hyatt Denver Place, followed by Marriott Courtyard Denver South and ending at the Inverness. The order will be reversed for the evening shuttles. Estimated time per loop is 15 minutes. If you miss a pick-up or if the shuttle is full, please be patient and wait for the shuttle to return.

Shuttle service will not be available after the end times listed. To ensure you catch the shuttle arranged for conference attendees, please plan to board 15 minutes before the end times indicated below.

June 10 - 5-8 p.m.

June 11 - 6:30-9:30 a.m. and 5-10 p.m.

June 12 - 6:30-9:30 a.m. and 5-8 p.m.

June 13 - 6:30-9:30 a.m. and 4-7 p.m.

If you are staying at another hotel within a five-mile radius of the Inverness, or if you need to be picked up or dropped off outside of the conference shuttle times, you can call Inverness Guest Services at 303-397-6422 to request the regular Inverness shuttle. Service is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Inverness recommends that you first request a shuttle from the hotel where you are staying. Hours of operation for the Inverness shuttle are 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
